I just wanted to share my thoughts on living in 50 Kimbolton Avenue for nearly 2 years! It’s been an absolute pleasure to have such a secure and comfortable place to live whilst experiencing uni. Whenever we have had an issue or maintenance problem you have been quick to respond and Ian has always been on hand to help fix that issue. It has actually been an amazing experience living in the property, the houses are very nice compared to some of our friends who live in Lenton. The repairs and maintained have also been fantastic, as usually the issue is resolved in less then 2 days which is great.
