We are continuing our tenancy next year, but I wanted to email anyway to say thank you so much for taking such good care of us this year! This was our first experience renting a house and, in my opinion, it has been absolutely brilliant! From talking to my peers, I have heard about lots of difficulties people have had with their landlords and I'm always pleased to say we've never had any problems. The house is amazing, and I cannot fault you or your team for the maintenance work that has been done over the year. We never had to wait longer than a day or two to receive help for a problem we reported, and Ian came by regularly to conduct work we didn't even know was needed! Speaking of Ian, please pass on my thank you to him too - he has been so attentive to us this year and has taken really good care of us. I would highly recommend Buxton properties to any students (in fact I have recommended you to most of my friends!)

This is my third year of renting in Lenton, and I can without doubt say that Buxton have been the most efficient and reliable letting agency I have experienced.
