Buxton Properties is a family run business, owned and managed by a father and son team. We have been in the business of providing first class student housing for over 20 years and in that time we have gained a good understanding of what today's discerning students want from their accommodation while they are at University.
Our properties are renovated, furnished and decorated to the highest of standards giving our tenants home-from-home contemporary living. As standard we provide dishwashers, washing machines and ample fridge and freezer space. Most properties have separate tumble dryers and those that don't have washer dryers. In addition all properties are internet ready with broadband and telephone sockets in every room. We are highly regarded as providers of student property locally and work closely with Nottingham University, Nottingham City Council and Unipol meaning that all of our properties comply with the most up to date safety regulations. We also let all of our properties ourselves meaning that there are no agency fees payable by our tenants.
We have properties with 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 bedrooms, the majority of which are situated in the most popular student areas of Lenton, Dunkirk and The Park. We also have a smaller selection of properties in Beeston, Trent Bridge/Embankment and Radford. Within Lenton and Dunkirk we have several groups of properties on the same road and even in some cases next to each other, so we can also accommodate large groups who would like to live near each other. The majority of our properties are within walking distance of Nottingham University and Nottingham Trent University City Campus and all are on good local bus routes meaning the City Centre is close at hand.
We know that one of the things that is important to our tenants is that if anything should go wrong, or need a repair, then we attend to this quickly and efficiently with as little disruption as possible. Our maintenance team are able to tackle most things without fuss and we provide an out of hours contact number for emergencies.
